Grapefruit Mint Juice

Finally reaching a point where I can juice to maintain health is the greatest feeling ever. I still plan to keep researching  {and sharing} what different fruits and vegetables can do for me/you, but it is great not to have any more cold or flu symptoms. Celebrating a great weekend of weather and health I chose to make something light and refreshing that would still pump my body with vitamins. Grapefruit is high in Vitamin C and will continue to keep away colds or the flu, but can even reduce the effects from seasonal allergies. No congestion whatsoever for me! Throwing in a little mint not only makes the taste that much better, but mint also aids in digestion and {surprise surprise} relives congestion and common cold symptoms. This simple mixture clearly is what I should have been drinking last week, but at least I know for the future.
