
It is Friday and sunny and 80 degrees just like last weekend. I would rather be outside than working, but since I am in here I thought I would share what I made last weekend with you. I took the fresh juice that you saw {here} and added a little something extra. Turns out a cocktail made with fresh pressed juice is the best thing ever. This was light and refreshing and perfect for a day like today.
Ingredients
- 1 ruby red grapefruit
- 20 mint leaves
- 3 oz of gin, or to taste
Directions
- Start by juicing the grpefruit and mint. I used my Breveille Juicer and find it is best for getting the maximum amout of juice of any fruit or vegetable I use.
- Add Gin to taste and enjoy! You could also use vodka if you want to have an updated version of the classic Greyhound, but I found Gin to be the most refreshing cocktail.
