Melon Berry Celery Juice

Originally I started my blog to have a creative outlet during a time where I had a not so creative job. Over time people have started communicating likes, dislikes and suggestions and it has been pretty exciting to have even a small impact on some people in any way. Most recently one of my family members who I don’t speak with too often {time zones make things difficult} called me so excited to share her juicing regimen and because it sounded so great I wanted to share a version of it with you. My aunt Josie {yes, I am named after her} raved about melon juice and how when freshly made can do wonders for the skin. Of course considering not every blog post is food and sometimes I show you guys my face I figured a new remedy to keep me glowing would be great. I wanted to add a bit more in and opted for raspberriess for their anti-oxidants and celery for its organic sodium properties and well, the combination was delicious. Also as a pre-yoga snack the celery addition was great for hydration properties. I didn’t wake up looking like a movie star, but I think I am going to try adding this into my juicing routine and see if I can track any difference over time.
