  • How do you ensure plants arrive safely in extreme weather?
    We monitor weather conditions at both our facility and your destination. During extreme weather, we may delay shipping to protect your plants. To further ensure safe arrival, we recommend adding cold/heat packs, insulation, and selecting overnight or 2nd-day air shipping.
  • Can I choose my shipping date?
    Yes, you can request a specific shipping date at checkout or by contacting us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
